John Terry ruthlessly taunts Tottenham fans by holding aloft an imaginary trophy in response to their chant about Ledley King being a better player than him... and then laughs about 'different stadium, same old story'

Chelsea legend John Terry ruthlessly taunted Tottenham over their trophy drought during Aston Villa's 2-1 victory on Wednesday night - and then laughed about 'different stadium, same old story'.

The Villa No 2 received some flak from a large segment of the 10,000 Spurs fans in attendance - who were allowed into the stadium as lockdown restrictions were eased – after they started singing their song about Ledley King being better than him.

But the ex-Chelsea captain gave them a taste of their own medicine and responded by holding aloft an imaginary trophy, poking fun at the club's failure to win a single cup since 2008.
