Chelsea starlet Izzy Brown has signed a new contract at Stamford Bridge and is heading out on a season-long loan to Premier League new boys Brighton.
The 20-year-old was also a target for Huddersfield Town after helping them earn promotion in his season loan there.
Brighton, who missed out to Swansea on Chelsea's Tammy Abraham and saw another target Ruben Loftus-Cheek join Crystal Palace, confirmed Brown's arrival on Tuesday afternoon.
Just minutes later, Chelsea announced his new contract, revealing that Brown is now tied down until 2021.
