Is this Liverpool's new midfielder? Private jet bound for the city leaves Munich... with Ryan Gravenberch preparing to seal £35m deadline day switch to Anfield from Bayern

Liverpool fans are closely tracking a private jet that has left Munich, which could be carrying Ryan Gravenberch.

The Reds agreed a £35million deal to sign the Bayern Munich midfielder on a five-year contract on Thursday, with a medical planned today.

Reports from Germany detailed that Gravenberch is travelling to Merseyside on a Bombardier Challenger 604, one of which left Munich early on Friday morning.

It remains unclear at this stage if the plane is in fact carrying the Reds' imminent new signing.

Mail Sport reported earlier this week that the 21-year-old had agreed terms with Jurgen Klopp's side and it was just agreeing a fee with Bayern that held up the deal.
