The Netherlands international has been a vital feature within Simone Inzaghi's side this season and played a crucial role in their run to the Champions League final.
In the end, it wasn't meant to be for the Serie A outfit but Dumfries has insisted that the result has not effected his future at the club - despite Man United's interest.
According to Manchester Evening News, the full-back said: 'When we get back together, despite this defeat, we will be hungry for victory next season.
