'If he doesn't win anything in 12 months, he HAS to leave': Harry Kane urged to quit boyhood club Tottenham by Alan Shearer if he endures another trophyless season

Alan Shearer believes Harry Kane should quit his boyhood club Tottenham if they fail to lift a trophy in the next 12 months.

After seeing Tottenham reach the Champions League final last season, Kane's team have endured a slide. Mauricio Pochettino was sacked, Jose Mourinho replaced him and Spurs are currently eighth in the Premier League.

'My guess is, if he doesn't win anything in the next 12 months then he has to leave,' Shearer said to the Match of the Day: Top 10 podcast.
