'I made a sloppy mistake and it cost us. I am very low': James Maddison takes full responsibility after his error allowed Philip Billing to fire Bournemouth to a precious win... but Leicester star insists defeat ISN'T 'make or break' despite being 19th

James Maddison has taken full responsibility after his sloppy mistake saw Bournemouth take all three points at the King Power Stadium.

The Foxes' number ten has so often been the club's talisman this season, but endured a moment to forget that saw Bournemouth score the only goal of the game.

It was Maddison's sloppy back pass towards goalie Daniel Iversen that was capitalised on by the Cherries Philip Billing and saw the Danish midfielder snatch the winner for Gary O'Neil's men.

There were boos ringing around the stadium after the goal and final whistle, as fans vented their frustrations at the team.
