The West Bromwich Albion defender hasn't played this season after undergoing ankle surgery in July
Ahmed Hegazi has returned to West Bromwich Albion training this week, and isn’t hiding his delight at the rapid recovery that he's made since he went under the knife in July.
The towering defender was plagued by a troublesome ankle problem throughout last season, but still featured in 39 Championship games regardless.
He was one of Egypt’s better performers in a failed Africa Cup of Nations run that ended with elimination by South Africa in the Round of 16.
