Harry Maguire's retrial in Greece has been postponed for the fourth time – more than five years after the Manchester United and England defender was arrested on the Greek island of Mykonos.
The long-awaited hearing was due to begin in Syros on Wednesday morning, and Maguire’s defence team were in court ready to clear his name, but it has been put back yet again until March of next year.
There is even a possibility that it will never come to trial at all because the statute of limitations in Greece takes effect after eight years in August 2028.
