Harry Kewell leaves Crawley Town for Notts County

After impressing in his first season as a manager with Crawley Town, Harry Kewell has been poached by fellow League Two outfit Notts County.

Crawley finished 14th in Kewell's first campaign in charge and having overseen a mixed start to the new season has decided to joins Notts, who sit bottom of League Two with one point from five matches.

That poor form saw previous manager Kevin Nolan sacked with the club turning to Kewell while also deciding to appoint a technical director.

“Having now worked in football for a significant period of time, I have had the opportunity to learn from other clubs what good looks like," Notts owner and chairman Alan Hardy said.
