Generous Newcastle star Allan Saint-Maximin donates over 60 care packages containing shop gift vouchers and chocolates to NHS staff as he salutes 'real heroes' on the Covid-19 frontline

Kind-hearted Newcastle United star Allan Saint-Maximin has shown his appreciation for the city's NHS workers by distributing dozens of care packages.

The French winger said he wanted to salute 'the real heroes' on the frontline in the battle against Covid-19.

Saint-Maximin, 24, linked up with the Newcastle United Foundation to help deliver more than 60 packages containing gift cards for high street shops and luxury French chocolates.
