United have won eight of their last 10 matches in all competitions - including victories over Liverpool and Arsenal - after recovering from the debacle at Brentford in the second week of the season.
Ten Hag's side were bottom following the dismal 4-0 loss at Brentford but now sit fifth, a point outside of the top four.
