The Premier League are facing two separate court cases amid allegations of racial discrimination made by employees.

In March, Mail Sport revealed the organisation had launched an investigation into allegations of internal racism made by Kay Badu, a former member of their diversity and inclusion team - a case that is now headed for court.

But we can also disclose that the Premier League are gearing up for another legal battle in connection with a second racial discrimination complaint made by an employee. Mail Sport know the identity of the complainant.

An initial tribunal hearing date for the new case has already be set and is scheduled to take place later this month.
