Jamie Carragher now believes Liverpool could be the new favourites to win the Premier League title after their excellent 2-0 victory over Arsenal.

The Reds were up against one of the Premier League's most in-form teams in the Gunners at the Emirates Stadium but swatted aside the north London outfit thanks to second half goals from Diogo Jota and Roberto Firmino.

The result leaves Liverpool just a point behind Manchester City in the Premier League table, with Pep Guardiola's side having stumbled to a 0-0 draw at Crystal Palace on Monday night.
