Everton 0-1 Fulham: Bobby de Cordova-Reid gives Cottagers narrow victory after Michael Keane saw first half strike ruled out

Marco Silva's Fulham came out on top in their Premier League opener away to Everton despite a disrupted pre-season.

The Cottagers lost star midfielder Joao Palhinha through injury and saw Saudi Pro League sides chase their manager Silva and striker Aleksandar Mitrovic during the summer.

However, a goal from Bobby De Cordova-Reid saw the visitors take three points at Goodison Park against Sean Dyche's side.

Everton thought they had broken the deadlock in the first half through Michael Keane but the goal was disallowed as James Tarkowski was judged to have fouled Bernd Leno.
