Emotional Pedro Porro bids farewell to Sporting Lisbon fans after losing Portuguese League Cup final in what appears to be his last game for the club... with the Spanish full-back set to to join Tottenham in £40m deal

Pedro Porro appeared to make an emotional farewell to Sporting Lisbon fans after their Taca de Liga final defeat to Porto on Saturday.

Ten-man Sporting lost the match 2-0 to rivals Porto in Leiria, following goals from Stephen Eustaquio and Ivan Marcano, either side of the dismissal of striker Paulinho.

However, Porro's sadness came from his expected exit from the club where he has plied his trade for the last two and a half seasons, with a deal to join Tottenham Hotspur expected to materialise soon.
