Eden Hazard, Willian and Co use resistance bands in training as Chelsea prepare for Manchester United trip

Chelsea took a different approach to training on Friday as they gear up for the Premier League clash of the weekend at Manchester United.

The Blues travel north to face their domestic rivals at Old Trafford on Sunday - with both teams fighting it out for a top-four finish this season.

And ahead of that encounter, Chelsea manager Antonio Conte put his side through their paces in a novel way with resistance bands at their Cobham base.

Members of the squad were put together in pairs as they worked on their core strength and agility through various exercises - something Conte will hope proves dividends come 48 hours time.
