Coronavirus Peru: Nolberto Solano 'ARRESTED for attending a party during self-isolation lockdown'

Nolberto Solano has been arrested after the former Premier League star attended a party during self-isolation lockdown in Peru.

The ex-Newcastle midfielder, who was a fan-favourite during his time in the North East, was caught at a party in the Peruvian district of La Molina in breach of the social isolation rules imposed on the region.

Peruvian outlet Libero reports via Sport Witness that police officers had to scale the walls of the property in order to find the revellers, who refused to open the door at first.
