Wolves felt seriously hard done by at the Etihad yesterday with a big penalty call and a red card going against them. Former Premier League ref Chris Foy runs his eye over those talking points.
Jimenez red card
Raul Jimenez can have no complaints. The booking was silly for a lunge at Rodri which Jon Moss was entitled to punish with a card.
But then to not withdraw the required distance at the subsequent free-kick was astonishing having just been booked. Moss was left with no choice (left). I doubt anyone had complaints about that.
