Chelsea boss Frank Lampard insists Everton's Premier League fate is 'not my concern' as he has enough on his plate with securing the Blues a top-half finish... but hopes his former club 'get the job done' and beat the drop

Frank Lampard claimed the fate of Everton is not ‘in his concerns’ but sympathises with their position having had ‘that feeling before’.

His Chelsea side face Nottingham Forest on Saturday, knowing a win boosts their chance in finishing in the table’s top half - a small positive from a dismal campaign.

Though such a result would not be good news for Everton, who currently sit once place beneath Forest in 17th.

Lampard, who struggled while in charge of Everton, said: ‘Everton’s fate is in their own hands at this point, it’s not in my concerns really.
