Carlo Ancelotti says he wants to create more history at Everton after becoming the club's first manager to win at Anfield since Walter Smith in 1999.
The Toffees moved level on points with rivals Liverpool after securing their first Merseyside derby victory anywhere in 24 attempts.
And boss Ancelotti said: 'I realise that I am the first manager that beat Liverpool after 21 years. I don't know if this is enough to be in the history of this club, but if it's not enough, I am working.
'I am really pleased and really happy for the club and the supporters.
