Brazil boss Tite 'is already in talks with Arsenal over taking up a role at the club after the World Cup in Qatar', with the veteran boss 'enjoying a close relationship with technical director Edu'

Brazil coach Tite is reportedly in negotiations with Arsenal about taking a job at the club after the World Cup, according to a surprising report in his homeland.

Tite is set to leave his position with Brazil after this year's tournament in Qatar, and, according to Globo journalist Eric Faria, he could be heading to Arsenal.

ESPN state that Arsenal technical director Edu has a good relationship with Tite as they previously worked together in the Brazil setup and at Corinthians.

The reporter did not suggest what role Tite is in negotiations for, although taking over as manager would be highly unlikely given the club's upturn in form recently under Mikel Arteta.
