Arsenal keeping tabs on Romanian prodigy Ianis Stoica - who made his senior debut aged just 14 - but his club FCSB tell the Gunners the forward isn't for sale yet

FCSB - the club formerly known as Steaua Bucharest - have confirmed that Arsenal scouts have been keeping tabs on Romania under-21 forward Stoica for two months.

But owner Gigi Becali has warned the Premier League club that Stoica, who made his debut aged 14 and has scored six times in 14 games so far this season, is too young to move to England.
