Another double for Fergie! Sir Alex Ferguson celebrates two Cheltenham winners with his pals Tyrone from Coronation Street and Sam Allardyce

Former Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson did the double again this afternoon – at Cheltenham.

The Scotsman guided the club to a record 13 Premier League titles, including two 'doubles' of FA Cup and League title, in 1994 and 1996, and a 'treble' of both trophies and the European Champions League in 1999.

Sir Alex watched from the parade ring alongside his one-time rival Premier League manager Sam Allardyce and Coronation Street actor Alan Halsall as 25-1 shot Monmiral won in 'Fergie time'.
