A few weeks ago, Trail Blazers guard CJ McCollum went to the Blazers Boys & Girls Club on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Northeast Portland to unveil the CJ McCollum Dream Center, an "innovative learning room outfitted with new computers, books, art and learning tools." It's the first of numerous such projects, with other "Dream Centers" scheduled to go in at Boys & Girls Clubs around the state.
"With the Portland Trail Blazers allowing me to stay here long term, I wanted to be a long term fixture in the community," said McCollum.
