Terry Stotts recently cracked the top ten of Bleacher Report’s NBA Coaching Power Rankings, and he was closely grouped together with the other talented frontmen from the Northwest Division. It is no surprise that the Trail Blazers’ head coach was the highest ranked individual from the division – considering that he only finished behind Steve Kerr in the 2015-16 NBA Coach of the Year voting.
Outside of Stotts’ own recognition, Bleacher Report did a solid job of acknowledging the talented coaching pool that is currently present in the entire Northwest Division. Only one coach in the division finished in the 20’s (Billy Donovan), while the rest finished inside the top twelve.
