Trail Blazers Explain Their Vote Against NBA’s 22-Team Restart Plan

The Portland Trail Blazers were the only team to vote against the NBA’s 22-team restart plan, which was approved by the league’s Board of Governors on Thursday. According to Yahoo Sports’ Chris Haynes, Portland favored a 20-team restart plan instead:
