Russell Westbrook just found out that being the reigning NBA MVP has its privileges, among them signing the most expensive contract in league history. Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports that Westbrook and the Oklahoma City Thunder have agreed to a five-year, $205 million contract extension which will keep him in Oklahoma City through 2024. Westbrook’s current, six-year deal weighs in at an unprecedented $233 million.
