It's all Carmelo in this week's edition of Power Rankings. With the Trail Blazers currently sitting in 12th place in the Western Conference after going 2-2 last week, it's no surprise that the primary interest right now with regard to Portland is the impending addition of Anthony, who will reportedly join the team in New Orleans prior to Tuesday's night's game. The opinions of the Power Rankers with regard to whether Anthony will help the Trail Blazers move up the standings and the weekly rankings is mixed at best, but by that same token, most still seem to think it's worth a shot, which is about as much consensus as you're going to get among NBA media these days.
