Heading into the 2019 NBA Offseason, most people knew that it was going to be a whirlwind of player movement. Those expectations were BLOWN out of the water, with a myriad of players finding new homes for the next season. Even teams like the Portland Trail Blazers, who were expected to make minor changes, drastically changed their roster construction.
While this activity occurred throughout the NBA, it was especially prevalent in the West. With the Warriors dynasty faltering, other teams used it as an opportunity to take chances, hoping for a home run swing.
