Since he was acquired at the trade deadline, Rodney Hood has given the Portland Trail Blazers the wing depth that they desperately needed.
Hood’s size allows him to rise up over smaller defenders inside or in the mid-range, and he is a reliable shooter from deep.
However, Hood is set to hit free agency this summer, and it is unclear if he will re-sign.
In a recent article with Jason Quick of the Athletic, Hood addressed his upcoming free agency with the following statement:
“I don’t want to be too definitive about it, but this is a place I want to stay.
