The New York Knicks selected guard Frank Ntilikina with the eighth overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft. Ntilikina was an interesting prospect. He was a 6’6″ point guard known for his perimeter defense. Ntilikina flashed some scoring potential internationally, but he needed to refine his overall offensive game.
Ntilikina was certainly a project, but he had tantalizing upside. He could be a three-and-d guard. One that could bury shots on the perimeter and guard the opposing team’s best player. He would be an amazing fit for teams with ball dominant wings, such as the Greek Freak.
