Portland Trail Blazers fans patiently awaiting the city’s first NBA All-Star game will have to wait until at least 2022 to get their chance to host the league’s signature exhibition event. Trail Blazers President Chris McGowan informed the assembled press at the team’s Media Day of the unfortunate news.
