No Lillard, no problem. At least that was the case when the Portland Trail Blazers took on the Atlanta Hawks Saturday night. Damian Lillard was given the night off to rest up while dealing with right knee soreness. The rest of the Blazers responded accordingly by turning in one of the best team performances of the season on the way to a 120-111 home win.
As usual in Portland, the starting backcourt led the way, particularly offensively. Of course, on Saturday night that backcourt duo was usual starter CJ McCollum and Seth Curry, replacing Lillard for the evening.
