Caleb Swanigan racked up nine DNP’s and five total minutes of play in December before the Blazers assigned him to the G-League’s Canton Charge. Canton is the official G-League affiliate for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Since then, he’s played seven games for the Charge. The team is 1-6 in those seven and 9-16 on the season, last in the Central Division.
While Canton is underperforming, Caleb Swanigan is dominating the development league. Just like in Summer League, he’s demonstrating remarkable interior scoring and rebounding abilities.
