Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard has won the J. Walter Kennedy Citizenship Award for the 2018-19 season, it was announced Wednesday. The award is annually presented and selected by the Professional Basketball Writers Association (PBWA). As the Portland Tribune’s Kerry Eggers points out, Lillard is the fourth Portland player to win the award:
