Damian Lillard has been steadily releasing self-made hip hop tracks on SoundCloud this NBA offseason under the moniker “Dame DOLLA” (Different On Levels the Lord Allows). A new track has arrived every Monday for the past month. First it was “Soldier in the Game,” then “Full Stomach,” then “Tell Me Why,” then “Free Bands,” and most recently “The Villains”. Cumulative plays for these five singles are approaching 1.2 million.
It then comes as no surprise that Lillard intends to release an album sometime in the coming month.
