The Portland Trail Blazers are signing free agent guard Blake Wesley to a one-year, standard NBA contract, a league source confirmed to Blazer’s Edge on Tuesday. Michael Scotto of HoopsHype first reported the news.
Wesley, 22, was selected by the San Antonio Spurs with the No. 25 pick in the 2022 NBA Draft. The 6-foot-3 guard then spent three seasons in San Antonio, averaging 4.3 points, 2.4 assists, 1.5 rebounds and 14.3 minutes per game over 156 appearances. He shot 40.9% from the field, 29.7% on 3s and 63.4% from the free throw line.
