NBA Draft rumor season is upon us, Blazers fans, and the latest Blazers rumors hit last week with regard to Portland’s three picks in the first-round of the June 22 draft.
The Blazers currently hold the 15th, 20th and 26th overall selections in this year’s draft.
A juicy bit of news dropped Thursday when The Sporting News stated the Blazers’ openness to deal picks in favor of cap relief.
For the time being, Portland wants to dump a salary in a deal for a pick. If they could dump the contract of the maddeningly frustrating Leonard, who is owed $31 million over the next three years and could get the Blazers close to slipping under the tax number, one of their picks could be had.
