The Portland Trail Blazers have announced that they are making some changes to the roster.
OFFICIAL: The @trailblazers have assigned guard/forward Rayan Rupert to the @ripcityremix.
Rupert, 19, is averaging 0.6 points per game with the Blazers this season. In the G League, Rupert is averaging 13.7 points and 6.2 rebounds per game.
With the amount of injuries plaguing the Blazers, the chances of Rupert playing in the upcoming games is higher than it normally is. The Remix just wrapped up its G League Showcase in Orlando and won’t play again until Thursday, so it makes sense to have Rupert up with the NBA team for now.
