Team World beat Team Africa 96-92 Saturday in the 2018 NBA Africa Game. The exhibition showcase, the third to be played on the African continent, took place at Sun Arena at Time Square in Pretoria, South Africa.
Team World has won all three NBA Africa Game contests (in 2015, 2017 and now in 2018), and they led this one from start to finish. Los Angeles Clippers forward Danilo Gallinari, playing for Team World, earned MVP honors. The Italian scored 23 points and was nearly perfect from the floor, making nine out of 10 shots.
