The Trail Blazers are in Salt Lake City to take on the Utah Jazz tonight at Vivant Smart Home Arena (tipoff scheduled for 6 pm on 620 AM) in their penultimate game of their 2016 preseason schedule. And while the Jazz haven't made the playoffs in the last four years, they're one of the trendy picks to win the Northwest Division this season, their third under head coach Quin Snyder.
