The Portland Trail Blazers enter the offseason fresh off of an appearance in the Western Conference Finals against the Golden State Warriors. Questions now turn to how the Blazers can improve a roster that made it to the WCF. Dan Favale of Bleacher Report has identified a target for the Blazers in the NBA Draft, free agency, and trade market to bolster the 2019-20 version of the team.
