With their thrilling 1-0 regular-season finale win over Phoenix Rising FC Saturday night, T2 secured the sixth seed in the 2018 USL Cup Playoffs. The USL Cup Playoffs are set up as a single-elimination, fixed-bracket tournament with the higher seed hosting each match through each of the three rounds. The USL Cup will be hosted at the conference champion with the better regular-season record.
For T2, their first visit to the USL postseason will take them to familiar ground as they'll return to Arizona to do battle with third-seed Phoenix on Oct. 19 (7:30pm PT, ESPN+).
