PORTLAND, Ore. – With the help of local community partners and the City of Portland, the Portland Timbers, Portland Thorns FC and T2 will present their seventh-annual Stand Together Week from June 9-15. The comprehensive, week-long community initiative supports dozens of nonprofit projects and volunteer opportunities across the city, with the club extending the reach of the program this year through the efforts of a number of the club’s regional supporters groups.
On Wednesday, June 6, the City of Portland officially will proclaim June 9-15 as Stand Together Week, while the state of Oregon also will issue an official proclamation on a date to be determined.
