PORTLAND, Ore. – With the help of local community partners and the City of Portland, the Portland Timbers, Portland Thorns FC and T2 will present their eighth-annual Stand Together Week from July 28-Aug. 3. The comprehensive, week-long community initiative supports dozens of nonprofit projects and volunteer opportunities across the city, with the club once again extending the reach of the program this year through the efforts of a number of the club’s regional supporters groups.
On Tuesday, July 9, the City of Portland and the state of Oregon officially proclaimed July 28-Aug. 3 as Stand Together Week.
