PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland Timbers announced today that forward Jaroslaw Niezgoda has undergone successful surgery at Oregon Outpatient Surgery Center to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in his left knee. Dr. Richard Edelson performed the surgery.
Niezgoda will conduct his rehabilitation with the Timbers sports medicine staff at Providence Park and at the Providence Sports Care Center. He is expected to return in approximately 6-8 months.
