On August 25th, the NWSL announced that the league will continue with a fall series. The league will be divided into three, three-team pods based on location to limit travel.
CBS Sports will air games across CBS, CBS All Access and CBS Sports Network. CBS Sports will highlight a Game of the Week, which will be aired on CBS Television Network on Saturdays in September and October. Additionally, CBS All Access will exclusively stream four games as well as CBS broadcast coverage.
The fall series will start on Sept. 5, 2020, with 18 matches being played over seven weeks.
