Remember how excited I was for the season to start? How excited I was to see soccer again? That was before Colorado drew even in the final moments of stoppage time, at which point, I was like, Oh, yeah, I remember now. Soccer’s an asshole, who occasionally likes to punch me in balls. 1) Playing soccer in the snow is both highly entertaining and utterly awful. The entertaining parts are how the ball barely moves when you kick it, players are falling anytime they try a basic soccer move, and everyone looks like they’re silver-haired old men.
