The Portland Timbers are still on the road this week, playing their fifth straight match away from home to start the season as they take on Orlando City SC.
The Timbers have trended up since their 4-0 humiliation at the hands of the New York Red Bulls in week two, but are still winless despite facing several sides still struggling to get going in 2018. Orlando City are another such side, going 1-1-1 at home so far this season (1-2-1 overall), and the Timbers will need road wins — not just road draws — if they want to compete for the top of the West again this season.
