There are few people in the club that have been around as long as Jesse. For the past 19 seasons, the head groundskeeper has worked - at times around the clock - to prep the playing surface at Providence Park for game day. Jesse now spends most of his days at the Timbers Training Center with is companion, Boots, leading his crew and making sure the grounds are in tip-top shape for the Timbers, Timbers 2 and Academy teams.
"I opened up the building in 2001. I was originally the head groundskeeper for the Portland Beavers. My title hasn’t changed.
